Easy Cinnamon Roll Cobbler

A happy accident. That’s exactly what happened when I made this delicious breakfast/dessert. We had a couple of extra cans of cinnamon rolls & I had way too many berries in the freezer and then VOILA - a yummy, easy breakfast dish. I posted this process on my Instagram story & you guys were fans of the chaos, ha!

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 cans of 8 cinnamon rolls

  • 9” cake pan

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (I used strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries.)

  • Oil/Butter

  • Foil

Method to the Madness:

  • Turn on your oven & set to 400 degrees.

  • Grease/oil your pan. I used olive oil for this, but next time I’ll definitely use butter.

  • Next, I opened my cans of rolls & put the icing to the side.

  • I cut my uncooked cinnamon rolls in half and smushed them to the bottom of the pan until it was mostly covered.

  • I then cut the rest of the cinnamon rolls in fourths & separated the pieces.

  • Layer the cinnamon roll pieces and the fruit, ending with cinnamon roll pieces

  • Pop your pan into the oven for 15 minutes uncovered

  • Once the top pieces have browned a bit, take the pan out & cover it in foil before putting it back into the oven for another 10 minutes.

  • Take out the oven, pour the icing on, let it cool for a few minutes, cut & serve!

This is how my cinnamon roll cobbler turned out! Next time, I want to eat it with ice cream :)
